3.  Bliss Bouldering & Climbing Complex – Kansas may not be made up of mountains, but there is a place in Wichita that can satisfy your urge to climb until you get around to your trip to Mt. Everest. After all of your sugar coated foods, Bliss Bouldering & Climbing Complex will be there to help burn off some of the extra calories. Get in and get your hands chalked up and ready for a climbing challenge.

4.  Meddy’s – Climbing for a while, can work up an appetite. Meddy’s is a perfect solution for fresh, filling, low-calorie meals. Switch it up a bit, and go with this Mediterranean-style restaurant. The prices are low, and vegetarian options are available.

5.  Color Me Mine – Delve into your artistic side, pick up a paintbrush, and start painting your own personal ceramic pieces. Color Me Mine is a pottery painting studio where individuals can pick out a pre-made ceramic piece and decorate it to their fancy. You can bring along your friends or family, creating your masterpiece in a fun environment. You can stop in everyday from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
