For the first time in Shocker women’s basketball history, the team has taken the 11th straight win to improve their overall season record to 14-2. The team took on Bradley this afternoon and held on to the lead for the 74-72 win.

Junior guard Jamillah Bonner scored a career high 28 points in the win while senior center Michelle Price landed a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds in the contest. Junior guard Alex Harden scored 15 points and snagged seven rebounds for the Shockers.

This win improves the team’s conference record to 3-0. Northern Iowa will travel to the Koch Arena on Saturday, Jan. 18 to continue the conference play against the Shockers. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:45 p.m.
