Running with Reynolds: Workout, “Watch Us” at same time
Is Thursday’s game during your workout time? Mine, too.
Don’t worry, though, perhaps you can do both.
Here is an exercise routine you can take on while you watch the game in your living room. Try it with a buddy for added fun. Every time one of these events happen during the game, do the required action.
And believe me, I made it challenging. You won’t feel guilty for missing your Thursday night workout. Good luck.

- When Evan Wessel knocks down a three-point shot, do 15 squats (variations of narrow, regular and plié)

- When Gregg Marshall yells at someone, do 25 mountain climbers
- When Ria’n Holland celebrates on the bench, hold a plank for 45 seconds
- When Darius Carter gets a mad dunk, do 12 tricep dips
- When Fred VanVleet turns the ball over, do eight burpees
- When the camera shows an upset Notre Dame fan, do 25 crunches
