News in Brief – Nov. 12

Spring 2013 registration starts today for seniors

Online registration for spring semester began today at 7 a.m. for seniors, honors program members and graduate students. On Tuesday, students with at least a junior standing can begin enrollment starting at 7 a.m. Sophomores will have access to online registration on Wednesday, freshmen on Thursday. All other non-degree bound students will be able to register for spring courses after 7 a.m. on Friday.

The Liberal Arts and Sciences Advising Center recommends that students “schedule advising appointments or make contact with [their] adviser each semester.” LAS Advising suggests that students can avoid future registration headaches by keeping in touch with the advising center of their college.

Students can check their class standing on myWSU and the classification is based on the total number of credit hours completed.
