Wichita State announced on Friday morning that Vice President of Student Affairs Teri Hall will retire following the fall 2025 semester.
Hired in 2017, Hall oversees various aspects of student life, including Student Engagement & Belonging, Student Accommodations and Testing, Housing and Residence among other departments. She has also served as WSU’s Student Government Association’s advisor and recently helped manage a 9% budget shortfall.
According to the WSU Today article, “the university will conduct a national search for her replacement,” and “updates on the search process and a retirement celebration will be communicated in the coming months.”
Hall wrote in a Facebook post confirming her retirement and that her “time at WSU has been transformational.” She plans on moving to Delaware to conserve marine wildlife among other things.
