Zachary Ruth is the photo editor for The Sunflower. Previously, Ruth was a photographer during the 2024-2025 year. Ruth is a sophomore and previously served as the editor-in-chief at Newton High School. Ruth is studying journalism and media production and hopes to pursue a career in photojournalism after university.

Ivanka Mukadi, Multimedia Reporter

Ivanka Mukadi is a first-year reporter and photographer for The Sunflower. She is a senior biology major with minors in health sciences and health management, graduating this May. She is hoping to pursue a job in either photo journalism or something in biology

Darrek Bishop, Multimedia Reporter

Darrek Bishop is a reporter and photographer for The Sunflower. Bishop is a freshman majoring in biomedical engineering. He plans on going to medical school to eventually become an endocrinologist.
