In partnership with McPherson College, Wichita State will launch a new accelerated Master of Business Administration program starting in fall 2026.
Through this program, undergraduates from McPherson will be able to enroll in classes offered by the Barton School of Business and earn up to nine credit hours toward Wichita State’s MBA program. Once students receive formal admission to the MBA program at WSU, the credit hours will be applied.
WSU’s MBA program requires 36 to 42 credit hours.
The partnership is intended to reduce the time and cost it takes to complete the degree and support workforce development in Kansas, according to dean of Barton Business School Larisa Genin.
