Kaitlynn Peres was a reporter and photographer for The Sunflower in the 2023-2024 school year. Peres is a psychology major who grew up in Olathe, Kansas. She plans on becoming a therapist after attending a master’s program in either social work or counseling. Peres uses she/her pronouns.

Ralph Rampey, a former WSU student, reads Shelby Foote's Civil War books after attending the Wichita Art Museum's book sale for the first time. Rampey was extremely impressed with their selection of historic literature.

The Wichita Art Museum hosts their annual book sale with the help of FWAM (Friends of the Wichita Art Museum) volunteers. This event was started to fund the museum's special exhibits.

Cathy McElroy and Connie Kendall, volunteers with the museum, work together to check guests out, taking cards, Apple Pay and cash. The volunteers come in before the event to set up the booths and take it all down once it ends.

Julie Young is a WSU alum enjoying her first 'READiculous' book sale. This sale is free for everyone to attend, yet remains the museum's largest fundraising event of the year

The 'Readiculous' book sale is one of the Wichita Art Museum's biggest events of the year. While they have a mini book sale once a month, this event is by far the most popular among the Wichita community.

Jessica Lee is a current WSU business student, hunting for books to add to her collection back home. The 'Readiculous' book sale was open to the public starting on Friday and ended on Sunday.
