Landry Shamet is quickly transitioning to his new home in Los Angeles.

Shamet, who was traded ahead of Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, made his debut with the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday. In his Western Conference debut, the ex-Wichita State sophomore scored 17 points — 13 of which came in the fourth quarter. He added three assists, two rebounds and a steal to his total.

Los Angeles outscored the Boston Celtics 42-26 in the final 12 minutes, capping off a 28-point comeback and winning 123-112. It was a 39-point turnaround. Shamet was a contributing factor with four made three-pointers in the game.
