Wichita State softball won three of its five games in the Louisiana Tech Invitational via the run rule.
The Shockers left the five-game tournament with a perfect record. WSU shutout both Fairleigh Dickinson and Southeast Missouri State in the tournament.
Transfer Wylie Glover had a three-run home run in Sunday’s game against Fairleigh Dickinson. Bailee Nickerson and Laurie Derrico combined for four RBIs in Saturday’s game against Mississippi State.
Derrico had six RBIs in the five-game tournament.
