A good basketball coach has two characteristics: 1) he has good communication skills and therefore can recruit athletic players, 2) he is a good floor coach in that he can make mid game adjustments and can control the tempo of the game. Isaac Brown appears to be a nice man, and the players seem to like him, but he is lacking in one of those characteristics.
