Erbert and Gerbert’s Bistro will open Wednesday in the Rhatigan Student Center, a new choice for dining in the food court.

The restaurant will serve sandwiches and soups, and will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.

The restaurant will be the first of its kind to open in Kansas.
