‘Halloween Screamage’ scheduled Thursday

The Shocker baseball team will dress in costume and play a seven-inning game of baseball at 6 p.m. Thursday evening at Eck Stadium.

Children ages 12 and under in costumes will have an opportunity to go onto the field for the National Anthem and can run the bases after the game.

WSU student athletes will hand out candy during the game. A costume contest for students will also take place.

The baseball team will sign autographs for fans afterward.

‘Don Giovanni’ opening Thursday evening

Wichita State theatre students are presenting “Don Giovanni” this weekend, with the first show Thursday night.

The show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Miller Concert Hall, located in the Duerksen Fine Arts Center.

The Box Office opens one hour before showtime in the Duerksen Fine Arts Lobby.

Tickets are $16 with discounts available.
